Square Enix appear that there volition be a Final Fantasy Seven The Start Soldier livestream making its debut on May 7 at 4 AM PT. The stream, which will be in Japanese with English language commentary, is set to reveal new data on the championship, the nature of which has non been revealed equally of now. However, we know that 2 of the developers for The Offset Soldier, Shoichi Ichikawa and Tetsuya Nomura, volition appear as guests on the testify.

Set in Midgar 30 years agone, Final Fantasy VII The Kickoff Soldier follows the exploits of the establishing members of SOLDIER, part of what volition be known as Shinra Electric Ability Company's war machine force. The championship itself is a free-to-play boxing royale mobile game, adult by Ateam Inc. and set to release sometime in 2022.

The game is a third-person over the shoulder shooter in which players either compete lone or in groups of three. Characters can ride motorcycles and Chocobos, use Summon Materia to bring forth summons to aid in gainsay, and use magic such as Cure and Protect. Players can too wield various weapons such as Swords, Fists, and Staves and powerful melee abilities such as Truthful Strike. RPG elements are besides present in the game, such as item gathering, defeating monsters to go stronger, and a traditional job course system.
